The NEM School is organised in collaboration with International Atomic Energy Agency, the Polish Nuclear Society and European Nuclear Young Generation Forum 2023.

Objectives:

Provide an international educational experience and an opportunity for worldwide networking to future leaders and managers of nuclear energy programmes

Raise the participant’s awareness about recent developments in nuclear energy

Broaden participants’ understanding of key issues and challenges associated with the peaceful use of nuclear energy

Introduce participants to leadership and managerial competencies needed to successfully run a nuclear power programme

Target Participants:

Young professionals with managerial potential IAEA Member States’ energy sector. We are open to lawyers, engineers and financial people. Senior year masters and PhD students are also encouraged to apply.

English proficiency is required.

Applicants may be eligible for funding through the European Nuclear Education Network (ENEN) in the frame of the ENEN2plus project to support their participation to the school – See ENEN’s grant application website for full details about grants.
